The Red status light on the Gateway means it is powered but not yet connected to your router.
I have connected my Gateway to the router but it is still red
• Bad connection between router and Gateway.
• Faulty power supply unit (PSU)
• Check patch cable is properly inserted both ends and not damaged.
• Check cable at router is inserted into LAN not WAN socket.
• Replace PSU with phone charger i.e. iPhone, Samsung.
