Smart Plug (MIHO002) doesn't switch ON/OFF

Please log into your MI|HOME account via the web portal https://mihome4u.co.uk

• Ensure the Smart Plug is at least 1 meter away from other RF devices

• Reset the Smart Plug by pressing the button on the front of the unit for between 6-8 seconds until you see a really quick flash

• After the reset, the Smart Plug will enter pairing mode

• Pair the adapter to the gateway
